3. Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped from our main hub in Hong Kong. Rest assured, we work tirelessly to ensure timely delivery to your doorstep.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

To expedite order processing, we aim to act swiftly. Should you require any changes or wish to cancel your order, please make the request within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot accommodate requests made after this time frame. However, if you do wish to return the order after receiving it, our generous return policy allows you to do so for a full refund.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. When will my order be processed?

Our dedicated team diligently processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. In cases of high demand or during sale seasons, kindly allow extra time for order processing. 7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the popularity of our products, it may take an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to reach you. Please rest assured that we're working diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

8. What if I don't receive my order?

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If, by any chance, you don't receive your order within 30 days of the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. Your trust is our commitment.

9. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, please be aware that you may be responsible for any duties and taxes applicable in your country once you receive your order. Import taxes, customs fees, and related charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We cannot cover these costs.
